Back To School Night!
I hope I get to see many of you at Back to School Night this week. Kindergarten and first grade will be on Wednesday, and second and third will be on Thursday. I can't wait to see new and familiar faces as we continue on our journey this year.
Please be advised that teachers are in the midsts of testing students individually to check their guided reading levels for the beginning of the school year. This process takes a lot of time and teachers work as quickly as they can to get through it. Our students in grades 3-5 are taking their first map-r assessments of the year and we will use that information as well to plan the best instruction for each child.
