Agenda for Wed. May 27th

Ok Folktale Day is Thursday! Parents please remember to check in at the office before heading down the cafe at 9:30. Will work on finishing costumes with students today so don't worry! Costumes do not need to be elaborate or expensive! Let me know what you need today and I can try to help your child put together a great costume;-) We also have the wrestling team coming in for a presentation at 2:30! Exciting times here at Daly!

9:00 – 9:20 – Breakfast, order lunch, and take attendance. Students should come in unpack and begin working on their morning work while eating their breakfast.

9:20 – 9:30 – Mrs. Curtis will go over the calendar and morning message with students.

9:30 – 10: 15 Guided Reading 3 (15 minute) rotations

We will practice our speeches for Folktale Day!
We will read scholastic news about the Statue of Liberty and create a summary of what we read.
We will sort interrogative and declarative sentences with a partner.


11:10 – 12:50 –Music / Lunch and Recess

12:50 – 1:10 – We will go over our morning work in small groups and write down our homework for the evening.

1:10 –Switch for math







1:10 – 1:30 – We will complete our beginning work on grammar and write down our homework for the evening.

1:30 – 2:10 – Guided Reading Groups
