"Good grief" as Charlie Brown would say! What a crazy end to the calendar year. I hope no one was affected by the water main break today. It certainly was a surprise to students and staff to close early, although I didn't really hear any complaints. We went to the band concert in the morning and learned all about different instruments. Then we were back in our room for 10 minutes to finish our morning activity and then went to specials. Immediately after specials students went to lunch. We were back in our room by 12:15 and cleaning an packing by 12:30. We did a short sing along at 12:30 over the PA system and then it was time to pack up. I didn't get to give spelling tests for the afternoon group since we didn't get an afternoon so, we will try when we come back. If students need a few extra days to study I understand. Many of you will see that I resent interims in Ms. Sheinin's class please be sure we get those back after the holiday. I wish you all the best over the next two weeks. See you back Jan 5th bright and early! Read over break I don't want to have an ice cream party all by myself.!
